If your serious about starting a photography business or want to know if its possible to start with minimal equipment(which it is),These are a couple courses I highly recommend below.
As I mentioned before you don't have to have thousands of dollars invested in equipment to take good photographs.I've been a photographer for many years and highly recommend these photography courses.Theres a video and some more information on their website which will explain it in detail.

I examined the entire course and what struck me was the honesty with which it was presented. If you follow and impliment what the course offers you will make money, according to them. How much depends on your own ambition. It may seem a little expensive at first but the information contained in their photography course is without a doubt woth every penny.Definately worth looking at,and has a 60 day unconditional money back guarantee!!It seems well put together and the photo marketing aspect seems very feesible.

Whether your 18, retired, or somewhere in between you can do this. All you need is a Basic Camera, Basic Lighting, Simple Background, Computer, any version of Photoshop or Photoshop Elements.

Another really good photography course I came accross some time ago is "Digital Photography Success"
This course doesn't really go into the marketing aspects of photography but rather concentrates on simple easy ways to take great looking photos.Which is where you need to start.I would also like to say again...too many people try and rely too much on imigaing software these days to try and make a bad photo look good.I recommend you don't start learning that way as its a bad habit. The imaging software is a great tool with digital photography but not to be relied on too heavily.

Once again you don't need thousands of dollars of equipment to take beautifull photos.I've stressed this many times to many people about the equipment. You can start out with a simple point and shoot camera and take great photographs. You will however at some point as you start making some money and get better want to invest in some better cameras lenses etc...it just happens. But with digital photography today and the use of good software you'd really be surprised how simple cameras can produce such nice looking photographs.

As I mentioned earlier I use an older version of photoshop and I also use the free Gimp software that you can download and keep for free.

Theres so many horrible photo courses out there and trying to find one that has good quality can be difficult. This one by Amy Renfree is quite remarkable. The marketing of your photography is important but first you need to take good photos and this course will really help get you going!
It also has a money back guarantee which they live up to.
